We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products.
3.2 Specialised Safety Equipment
Important Notice: Certain products, due to their critical safety nature and hygiene requirements, have specific conditions. Avalanche Safety Gear (beacons, probes, shovels, airbags) and Personal Safety & Climbing Equipment (e.g., Ascenders) are sold with the understanding that they are for expert use and carry inherent risks. These items are non-returnable unless faulty, as their safety certification and integrity are paramount.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these terms. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we dispatch the goods.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in British Pounds (£). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your region.
4.3 Shipping Regions & Delivery

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

6.1 Return Window & Eligibility
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, with all tags attached.
- In the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.
- Clean, dry, and free from debris or personal odors.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Avalanche Safety Gear (beacons, probes, shovels, airbags)
- Personal Safety & Climbing Equipment (e.g., Ascenders)
- Opened or Used Airbed & Pumps
- Personalised/Custom items
- Any item not in its original condition.
6.3 The Returns Process
- Initiate: Contact Customer Service at [email protected] within 15 days to receive an RMA number.
- Prepare: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the completed returns form.
- Ship: Send to: Cotswold Outdoor Returns, 66 Stoney St, Nottingham, GB NG3L 3UW. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Use a trackable service.
6.4 Refunds
After inspection (3-5 business days), approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days in GBP. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important: Cotswold Outdoor provides equipment for adventurous activities which carry inherent risks. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
