Where does Cotswold Outdoor ship to?

We proudly deliver to adventurers worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and parts of Asia. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer two reliable services to match your adventure timeline:

🚚 Standard Shipping (Faster Delivery): £12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after dispatch (plus 1-2 days for processing). Ideal for when you need your gear sooner.

📦 Free Standard Shipping (Value Delivery): FREE on all orders over £50 via EMS. For orders under £50, a small shipping charge applies. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for planned adventures and larger orders.

How long will my order take to process and arrive?

All orders are carefully picked, checked, and packed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the estimated transit time for your chosen shipping method (see above). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Will I have to pay any extra fees on delivery?

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
